Hillside Public House @ Doneckers: A Culinary Fusion Experience in Ephrata, PA

This place is within walking distance from my dads house so I decided to check it out. I didn’t realize everything was connected inside, but it works great. Order drinks from one station, bbq from another and sushi from the next. Everything is set at your own pace and everyone is really friendly. Food and drinks are really solid. Who can go wrong with bbq, sushi and drinks?

I've never been to Hillside only the Tsunami Sushi place and OMG to die for sushi best I've ever had!!

I loved the sushi here one of the best sushi I’ve tasted!!! The tsunami poppers as an app was so good!! You def need to try their sushi place! The drinks were very good and very inexpensive! The wings were very good as well, the food and drinks came out quick. It was a very fun vibe I really enjoyed my dinner and they have so many options I wanted to get one of everything on the menu. I would 100% recommend this place.

Great place to gather with friends or just pop in for a quick drink or bite to eat. Lots of options and an atmosphere that honors the past, but is clean, bright, and cozy. One of the few places around town that has convenient parking (there's a lot across the street) and it's not a bad walk even from Main Street in Ephrata. Excited to have Hillside in the neighborhood!

We have found our new sushi spot. Soooo good. The sushi was fresh and delicious! Staff were nice and friendly. Drinks were good. Will definitely go back!

This is a very cool, chill place to hang out and have a few drinks and some really good food! All the liquor and beer is from local providers, so you're helping to support your neighbors. I've only been here twice but both bartenders were super friendly. They have Brewsters BBQ, I mean come on...that's good stuff! And the sushi, try the Volcano Roll, you won't be disappointed! Overall, a great little neighborhood place to hang out and have some drinks and good food. Definitely will be back!

This is a nice and chill bar atmosphere. The food options are limited but the sushi place and the wing place that are there are pretty good. Not very busy all the few times I’ve been there.

Ephrata locals, this place is IT! The drinks are interesting and very good. They distill their own liquor and you can tell they take pride in it, because the flavors are great for their cocktails. As for the food, so far, we've had Tsunami sushi, AND LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS SUSHI! It's magnificent to say the least. The chef preparing all the rolls emulates his care for his craft. It is delicious, well portioned, and so good. 10000/10, would recommend. This place is so good!
